I went to the Mandogalup Fire Station to paint on the wall. My picture showed a big fire and a horse being taken out of a burning stable. Emily.

On Tuesday Trevor Walley came to our school. He showed us how to make fire. He made fire from straw and fire sticks. Trevor told us a Dreamtime story. He is a CALM officer. Aboriginal people tell the story of fire from the moon. Chelsea and I got to hold a fire stick. Chad.

On Tuesday some fire people came to our school to talk about fires. A man called Trevor Walleytold us a Dreamtime story about how the Aborigines made fire. He gave us a demonstration of a fire stick. He said that there are good fires and bad fires. Mr Briggs took some photos of some children. It was fun. Brittany.

We saw Trevor Walley at our school. He taught us about good fire and bad fire. He told us a long story about Aborigines and the moon and how they made fire. It was a very nice story. Everyone liked it. Some people got to hold a banksia stick with fire. Tori.

When the moon came up the Aboriginal people got the fire from the moon. But when the moon went down it asked the sea to take the fire away. Trevor showed us what a fire stick looked like. He brought some fire sticks and made a fire. I was happy because he taught us about good fires and bad fires. Some people got to hold a fire stick but I didn't get a turn. We saw another person. Her name was Julia. We watched a video. It was a fire video. Ashlee.
When it was Red Nose Day some people got their noses painted red. It tickled our noses. Brittany.
This term we have been doing skipping with Mrs Pearson. We have been having fun. Once I skipped with Jody and had fun. Lexie.
Some girls are wearing he new uniforms. They are nice and cool for summer. Chelsea.

I like these dresses because they are comfortable and cool. I like the colour. Emily.

We were gluing matchsticks to card in groups of ten. My fingers were stuck to the card. Nathan was in the picture and so was Kaitlyn. Chad D
In science we made little helicopters. We made two. One had a paper clip and one didn't. Then we went up to the fort to see which one flew down the slowest. Brittany.
Yesterday Constable Care came to our school. I got to have a photo with him. Emily.

We watched the Constable Care puppet show about two kids going to play soccer. It was fun because the person got arrested. David.

One day a man came to teach us about football. His anme was Mark. Our class got a football. Everyone enjoyed it. We played a game and we had fun. I am good at football. Chad t.
